Hello SW2 users,
In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we plan to release an application update on the following date:
January 29th, 2024 @ 3:30am Mountain Time
This release will address the following issues:
Frontend Changes:
- Certifications Due Widget – Filter by Certification Type
- Users are now able to filter/sort and sign certifications due by the following groups.
- Compliance Certification
- Acknowledgment Certification
- Inspector Certification
- Additionally, Users are now able to sort/filter through multiple certifications lines under a specific Certification Group. An example would be if there is more than one signature line under Compliance Certification group.
- Users are now able to filter/sort and sign certifications due by the following groups.
- Project Documents – Move Files from Folder to Folder
- Users can now move one or more files from one folder to another folder.
- Login Screen – Enter Button
- User’s can now hit enter, once a username and password is entered, to successfully login into SW2.
- Inspection Questions – Save / Save and Continue Button Layout
- Updates have been made to prevent the Save & Save and Continue buttons from overlapping/covering inspection questions.
- Project Documents – Show or Hide Dates
- Users now have the ability to either show or hide the following dates seen on the Project Documents page within all projects under a specific client.
- Created Date – Date that file was uploaded to SW2.
- Updated Date – Date that the file was last updated within the PDF Editing tool.
- Users now have the ability to either show or hide the following dates seen on the Project Documents page within all projects under a specific client.
- Regulations Page – BMP Details Page –Fixed Details Folder
- Users now have access to a fixed folder under both Regulations Page and BMP Details Page (under a specific project).
- This folder will always be visible under the BMP Details Page under a specific project and can be used to store files that are not associated with legend items that are added to site maps.
Backend Changes:
- Print Inspection – Error
- An issue where users receive an error messaging when printing inspection reports has been fixed.
- This issue was caused when a Select Many inspection question was left unanswered on an inspection report.
- Inspection Questions – Configurations and Drop Down Options
- A bug that caused issues in the layout of inspection questions and the availability of drop down selections has been fixed.
- Overdue Findings – BUG
- A bug were incorrect data was being displayed on the Overdue Findings notification has been fixed.
- The bug caused the Oldest Finding(s) column to display values in white text which was also inaccurate.
- Supervising Engineer – User Role – Dashboard.
- The Supervising Engineer user role has been given access to the following Dashboard Widgets.

- Findings Overview
- Certifications Due
- The Supervising Engineer user role has been given access to the following Dashboard Widgets.
- Delaware System Template – Notifications
- As requested, the Client User role will now receive the Inspection Complete notification when:
- The Inspector Certification is signed.
- The Supervising Engineer Certification is signed.
- As requested, the Client User role will now receive the Inspection Complete notification when:
- Print Inspections – Page Break
- When an inspection report is printed it will no longer cut off inspection questions and or other content at the page break.
- CDOT Inspection Form
- Updates to the CDOT inspection form have been made match the 2/21 version.
