What’s New
A new inspection interval type, On Demand, is now available for forms that don’t follow a recurring schedule.
What This Means for You
On Demand forms never calculate a next inspection date automatically after an inspection is completed. You can still schedule the next inspection manually, for example “I need one next Tuesday,” and it will appear in your Upcoming Inspections as usual.

Admins can now require at least one closure photo to be uploaded before a finding can be marked complete.
What This Means for You
When this setting is on, the Complete Findings modal and the Finding Detail page label the upload section as “Closure Photos (required).” A finding can’t be closed until a closure photo is added.

Division, project name, client, permittee or sub-client, project type, permit number, work order number, purchase order number, primary contact, inspector, inspection interval, coordinates, and project status (Active, Pending, or Archived).

What’s New
Master Regulation Groups now support subfolders, using the same folder tools already available in Project Documents.
What You Can Do
Good to Know
Project-only uploads stay with that project. They don’t change the master Regulation Group and don’t appear in other projects assigned to the same group.
What’s New
Very large reports, such as SWMP and Project Document packages that can run over 1,500 pages, are now delivered faster and more reliably.
