Archive and Restore Divisions

You can now archive divisions directly from the Divisions page. When archiving a division, you’ll have the option to archive all of its active projects at the same time, keeping your workspace organized without extra steps.

Need a division back? Restoring is just as easy. When you restore an archived division, you can choose to also restore all the projects that were archived alongside it, so everything returns exactly as it was.

Note: This feature is available to users with the appropriate permissions.

More Control Over Public View Access

We’ve added a new set of controls that give you greater flexibility over how visitors access your public project views.

Under the new Public View section in Client Settings, you can now:

  • Enable Public View — turn public view links on or off for projects under each client.
  • Add a visitor sign-in gate — require visitors to provide their name and email (and optionally their company) before viewing a project.
  • Make sign-in optional — let visitors either sign in or skip the form to continue anonymously, whichever you prefer.
  • Choose which tabs are visible — control exactly which project tabs (Inspections, Site Photos, and more) appear on the public view page.

When a visitor gate is active, the project and client name are clearly displayed so visitors know exactly what they’re accessing, and once they’ve signed in, refreshing the page won’t make them fill out the form again.

These settings give you a cleaner, more intentional public-facing experience tailored to each client.

Cleaner Maps with Optional Visibility for Removed Items

We’ve updated how removed legend items appear on your maps. Previously, removed items stayed visible at a lower opacity, which could create visual clutter on denser maps.

Now, removed legend items are hidden by default, so your map reflects only active, current items for a cleaner, clearer view. If you need to see removed items for historical or reference purposes, just flip on the new Show Removed Items toggle. When enabled, removed items appear on the map and in their own separate legend section, so it’s always clear what’s current and what’s been removed.
