National / Regional / Division Dashboard Overviews
We’ve introduced new Dashboard Overview tabs that give you insights at every level of your organization—National, Regional, and Division.
Each tab provides key performance metrics at a glance, including:
Total Projects – track the full scope of work being managed
Total Inspections – see how many inspections have been completed
Total Findings – quickly gauge how many issues have been identified
Missed Inspections – spot where compliance may have slipped
Overdue Findings – know what requires immediate attention
With these dashboards, you no longer have to pull manual reports or switch between different views—everything is consolidated into clear, role-based overviews. Whether you’re a national manager looking at the big picture or a division lead focusing on your team’s performance, you’ll have the right level of visibility to stay proactive and in control.
Guest Sign-Off
We’ve added a new Guest Sign-Off option to make collaboration even easier.
With this feature enabled, anyone with the secure link can review, manage, and even close findings—no login required. This makes it simple to involve external partners, contractors, or clients in the resolution process without needing to create a full account.
Optional Control – you decide when and where to use Guest Sign-Off
Faster Collaboration – cut down delays by letting external stakeholders act directly
Secure Access – only those with the unique link can view and take action
This feature is designed to give teams more flexibility when working with people outside the platform, while keeping access controlled and transparent.
Permit Tracker Updates
Projects that have been deactivated/archived will no longer appear in the permits widget on user’s dashboards.
