June 14, 2023 – Software Release Announcement

Hello SW² users,

In our efforts to continually improve SW², we are planning to release an application update on the following date:

June 14, 2023 @ 3:30am Mountain Time

This release will address the following issues:

Frontend Changes:

Project Document Re-organized
- System project document folders have be re-organized to match the following order:
  - SWP Map / Narrative
  - Permits
  - Regulations
  - Construction Civil Docs
  - Soils Report
  - Delegation Letters
  - Endangered Species
  - Historical Properties
  - Qualifications / Certifications
  - Local Stormwater Regulations
  - MISC
  - Base Site Maps (for site map editor

Print Project Documents
- What was once called Print SWMP has been re-worded to Print Project Documents. When this function is selected users will have the option to choose system and or custom project document folders to compile into one document.
- Documents will be printed/downloaded in the order they appear within SW2, from top to bottom.

Re-send Inspection Complete Notification
- Users can now resend an inspection report after it has been completed and sent out by SW2
- A 5 second lock has been added to the Resend Inspection button to prevent multiple sends at once.

Adding Legend Items to Site Maps
- A bug that caused the legend item card to appear when trying to add new legend items has been fixed.

Backend Changes:

Team Management Widget – Re-Assign Projects
- Users that are re-assigned inspections/projects from the Team Management widget will now be added to the contact list within the project and the client/project assignment will be added to their profile.

Findings Report – Blank Pages and Page Break
- A bug that produced blank pages when a Findings Report is downloaded has been fixed
- A bug that caused findings to get cut in half at page break has been fixed.

Compliance Reports – Project Name Links to Projects
- When viewing compliance reports the project name is not a quick link to view to access and view that project.

Hourly Precipitation Notification
- A bug that caused the hourly precipitation notification to get set every one has been fixed. This notification will only send once a day if/when a threshold has been met or surpassed.
