Hello SW2 users,
In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we plan to release an application update on the following date:
September 14th, 2023 @ 3:30am Mountain Time
This release will address the following issues:
Frontend Changes:
- Calendar Widget
- Users now have the ability to use the Calendar widget that will show when inspections have been submitted and when precipitation thresholds have been met.
- Site Photos – Project Tab
- A new tab has been added within a projects page to allow for the upload and sorting of site specific photos. Users can create folders and make observations to all photos uploaded.
- Manage Finding from Site Map Editor
- Users can now easily view and manage findings from the site map editor
- Enlarge and scroll through finding photos
- Add comments to update progress, indicate delays or mark findings as complete.
- Users can now easily view and manage findings from the site map editor
Backend Changes:
- Search Bars
- We have fixed all search bars throughout the platform so users can search and isolate results on each page.
- BUG | Delaware Inspection Form
- A bug preventing users from creating/adding findings via the site map editor has been fixed.
- BUG | CDOT Inspection Form
- A bug that prevented additional compliance certifications from showing on printed CDOT forms has been fixed.
- BUG | Payload – Edit Projects Error
- We have reduced the payload when submitting changes after editing a project. Users will no longer receive an error message when trying to save.
- PDF Editor | Fillable Boxes
- Users can now use PDF forms within SW2 to fill out tables.
