December 12, 2022 – Software Release Announcement

Hello SW² users,

In our efforts to continually improve SW², we have scheduled an application update on the following date:

December 12, 2022 @ 3:30am Mountain Time

This release will address the following issues:

Frontend changes:

• Site Map Editor
  • A bug that caused users to be directed back to the Active Site Map tab instead of Map tab, within an inspection report, has been fixed.

• Inspection Form Logos
  • Logos can now be added to custom inspection forms within SW2.
  • These logos will appear at the top of printed/downloaded inspection forms.

• API – Updates
  • We have made updates with our API to increase functionality within the findings tab while creating custom inspection templates.
• New User Role Created
  • We have created a new user role called “Regulator – With Photos”. This new user role has read only permission but can also view any photos that have been uploaded to findings.
  • The following User Roles have permission to invite this new user type:
    • Admin
    • Division Admin
    • Regional Manager
    • Reional Manager (Exsternal)
    • Client Manager

Backend changes:

• Regional Manager (External) – Updates
  • The following updates have been made to this user role:
    • Implemented the Client User Dashboard.
    • Added the permission to invite the following users roles to the SW2 platform:
      • BMP Contractor
      • Client User
      • Client Inspector
      • Regulator
      • Regulator – With Photos
    • Added the permission to submit inspection reports
      • Fill in Inspection Questions
      • Add/Close Findings
        • Ability to manage findings from the Active Site Map
      • Sign Inspector Certification
    • Added the permission to Create/Edit/Archive Projects.
