August 5, 2025 – Software Release Announcement

In our efforts to continually improve SW², we have released an application update on the following date:

August 5, 2025

This release included the following:

Updates:

• Permit Tracker
  • We have made updates to the permit tracker widget to include the following information:
    • Permit Number
    • Permit Primary Contact and Phone Numbre
  • We have remove the requirement to add an expiration date when tracking permits.

• Automated Inspection Reports
  • We have made an update that allow users to select what report type gets sent out with the automated inspection completed emails.
  • From each client’s settings page users can select a report type that will transfer to all projects under that client. Users also have the option lock that report type so it cannot be changed at the project settings level.
  • If the report type is not locked at the client level users can choose specific report types at the project level.

• Documents Log Updates
  • We have made updates to the project specific documents log where we now track when and who created and or deleted subfolders.
  • If a subfolder and its files are deleted, users have the ability to restore both the sub folder and its included files with the click of a button.

• Findings Log Updates
  • We have made updates to the findings log that can be downloaded/printed for each inspection.
  • Users can now select specific or all findings to be included in the downloaded report.

• New Weekly Report Type
  • A new report type has been added to the report page.
  • This new report allows you to select a specific client, specific or all projects and a date range of up to 7 days to view when inspection were submitted for each project.
  • The report menu allows you to add or remove pre set columns that will be included or excluded on the downloaded verision.

• Other Updates:
  • We have made updates to the following inspeciton forms.
    • NCDOT
    • NCDEQ
  • Client Managers can now upload attachments to inspection reports.
  • The following user roles can now download the base files for active site maps.
    • Client User
    • BMP Contractor.
  • We have made updates to projects that utilize the NOAA weather tablke feature. These projects now have a dedicated tab to display and download their respective weather tables.
