- Inspection Attachments
- Users can now add attachments directly to inspection reports. Supported file types include PDF, PNG, and JPEG. PDF attachments can be edited or annotated within the platform. All attachments are automatically included in the email notifications sent out with the report, making it easier to share complete and detailed documentation with your team and stakeholders.
- Project Document Editing
- We’ve upgraded our document editing software to make your workflow smoother and more efficient. The latest update includes enhanced annotation tools, faster document loading, improved navigation, and more intuitive editing capabilities. Whether you’re adding notes, highlighting important details, or revising content, these improvements will help you manage your PDFs quickly and easily. Enjoy a more responsive interface and streamlined editing—making your tasks simpler and saving you valuable time.
- Photo Metadata
- We have made updates to expand the photo metadata requirement feature by:
- Photo metadata will now display below each uploaded photo when the feature is enabled.
- The site photos tab within each project will now capture and display this metadata when the feature is enabled.
- Fixed an issue where metadata was not being captured when multiple findings are closed at once.
