Hello SW2 users,
In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we plan to release an application update on the following date:
September 11th, 2024
This release will address the following issues:
Frontend Changes:
- Clearing Inspection Certifications
- The following user roles now have permission to clear inspection certifications if/when they have been signed incorrectly.
- Super Admin
- Admin
- Regional Manager
- Client Manager
- Division Admin
- Area / Assistant Manager
- If a Inspection certification is being cleared it will also clear any Acknowledgment and or Compliance certifications that have been signed.
- The following user roles now have permission to clear inspection certifications if/when they have been signed incorrectly.
- Finding’s Photo Annotations
- Annotations made to finding photos will now appear in the enlarged/show more view from the finding card and withing specific finding details page.
Backend Changes:
- Printed Inspection – Corrective Action Report
- An issue that prevented the site map from being included when an inspections corrective action report is printed has been fixed.
- Inspection Interval Updated – Administration Page
- A new logic has been added when creating and updated custom inspection intervals from the Administration page within SW2. Users will now be able to select Exclude Business Days when calculating the date the next routine inspection is due.
- BMP Contractor User’s Dashboard
- An issue that prevented certain projects from appearing on the BMP Contractor user role’s dashboard has been fixed.
- Resend SW2 Invitation
- An issue that caused SW2 invites to be sent out with invalid registration tokens has been fixed.
- Findings Listed within Site Map Editor
- An issue that listed findings, within the site map editor drop down, out of order has been fixed.
- An issue that listed findings, within the site map editor drop down, out of order has been fixed.
