May 3rd, 2022 – Software Release Announcements – UPDATE

Hello SW² users,

UPDATE – The release that was scheduled for May 2nd, 2022 and been pushed back to May 3rd, 2022.

In our efforts to continually improve SW², we have scheduled an application update to be released at the following date:

May 3, 2022 @ 3:30am Mountain Time

Please expect intermittent downtime between the hours of 3:30am and 4:00am MST. To avoid unexpected issues please, reload the application (F5), after the release has completed.

This release will address the following issues:

Frontend changes:

• Map Editor – Findings: When deleting a finding from within the map editor, user’s will no longer be presented with a blank blue screen.
• Map Editor – Adding Findings: When a condition group is applied to an inspection template, users can now select a finding condition when creating a finding from within the site map editor.
• Add/Assign Users: When inviting or assigning Inspector or Area Manager user roles to SW2, you no longer need to assign them to another user.

Backend changes:

• Observation Dates – UI/PDF Reports : Made minor adjustments to how observation notes are presented.
