This ensures no inspection certifications are overlooked and provides a simple way to stay current with compliance obligations.
- Inspection Certification Timeline Requirement
- We’ve introduced the Inspection Certification Timeline Requirement feature, which allows administrators to set due dates for specific certification types. This setting can be applied at the Account, Client, or Project level, giving you control over how certification timelines are enforced across your organization.
When this feature is enabled, the Pending Certifications Notification will also display the due date for each inspection certification, helping teams prioritize tasks and stay compliant with set timelines.

- Findings Log Updates
- We have made updates to the findings log that can be downloaded/printed for each inspection.
- Users can now select specific or all findings to be included in the downloaded report.
- New WeekCalifornia Inspection Schedulerly Report Type
- The new California Inspection Scheduler integrates with National Weather Service (NWS) forecast data to automatically schedule Pre-, During-, and Post-Qualifying Event Inspections when QPE requirements are triggered. If forecasts change and inspections are no longer required, the system will automatically cancel them. This automation helps ensure compliance while eliminating unnecessary manual scheduling. Each time an inspection is automatically cancelled a detail reason, included updated forecast is recorded.
- Photo Consolidation in Reports
- Photos associated with findings in downloaded reports are now consolidated on each page, rather than generating one page per photo. This results in cleaner, more organized reports, reduces the number of pages, and makes it easier to review inspection findings alongside their supporting images.
- Multiple Inspection Types
- Users can now assign multiple inspection types (such as Routine, Post Storm, and Final) to a single inspection. This provides greater flexibility when categorizing inspections and makes it easier to capture all applicable inspection requirements within a single record.
- Precipitation Widget Pagination
- The Precipitation Widget on the dashboard has been enhanced with pagination support. Users can now scroll through multiple pages to view precipitation data for more projects, ensuring visibility even in larger project portfolios.
