- Sub Folders
- Easily organize your project documents with Subfolders! This new feature allows you to create subfolders within your project folders, helping you keep everything structured and easy to find. Effortlessly move files between folders and subfolders with a selection tool, ensuring your documents are exactly where you need them. Stay organized and improve collaboration with a streamlined file management experience.
- Project Calendar
- Access and analyze key project data with the Project Calendar Report, now available in the Project Reports tab. This feature allows you to select specific months or a date range to view a calendar displaying inspection submission dates and precipitation history for your project. Easily identify trends, track compliance, and generate insights. When needed, download the calendar as a PDF for record-keeping and sharing.
- Photo Meta-Data
- Enhance data accuracy by enabling the Photo Metadata Requirement, ensuring all photos uploaded under specific clients include essential metadata such as date, timestamp, and geolocation. This feature helps maintain compliance and verification standards by capturing critical details automatically.
- Need to see exactly where a photo was taken? Each photo that contains this metadata will have a button to that opens the location in Google Maps for quick reference. Improve project transparency and documentation with this powerful enhancement!
- Additional Updates and Bug Fixes:
- An issue where long loading times were expereinced when opening up a userrs profile has been fixed.
- An issue where precipitation totals were being displayed in metric unit (millimeters) instead of imperial unit (inches) has been fixed.
- An issue where “NULL” appeared in place of an inspection interval on printed reports has been fix.
- An issue where drop down selections were not appearing in alphabetical order has been fixed.
- Inspector user roles now have access to the Calendar dashboard widget.
- An issue that prevented users from changing the date of the next routine inspection after certain hours has been fixed.
- An issue that caused a descrepency in precipitation totals between the dashbaord and precipitation report has been fixed.
- An issue that caused files to move to the bottom of a folder, when replaced, has been fixed.
- The time that Missed Inspection notifications get sent out has been updated.
- A new user role called Permittee has been created. This user role is similar to the Client User role wiht the expection that the new role can upload and edit PDF documents.
