Updates:
- Route Planner
- A powerful new feature that makes managing your projects even easier! With Route Planner, you can now select up to 10 projects and get optimized directions from your current location. Whether you want to start at the closest project and work your way out or tackle projects in reverse order from farthest to nearest, Route Planner puts you in control.
- AutoAccess – All Projects
- Introducing AutoAccess, a feature designed to save you time and ensure seamless collaboration! From a users profile within the Users page, you can now enable the All Projects option under a client, automatically granting users access to any new projects created for that client.
- No more manual updates or missed permissions – simply set it once, and your team stays in sync effortlessly as new projects are added.
- Map Manager
- Maps are now fully managed within the Active Site Maps tab.
- Now you can effortlessly:
- Upload new site maps
- Delete outdated maps
- Archive maps you want to preserve
- Restore archived maps when needed
- Everything you need to manage your site maps is now in one centralized location, making it easier than ever to stay organized and efficient.
- Additional Updates and Bug Fixes:
- An issue that caused the compliance certification to get cleared when a findings is closed has been resolved.
- An issue where the Certifications Due widget was showing inspection that are not eligible to be signed has been resolved.
- Users now have the option to include All Inspections when Printing Project Documents.
- An issue with the Next and Previous buttons within the findings details page has been resolved.
- An issue that prevented users from using the Forgot Password feature has been resolved.
- Changing the number of results, per page, in the compliance report will no longer result in a rest of you search parameters.
- Users may now generate a Public View QR Code and Public View URL Link on External Verification Projects (EVP).
