- E-Signature Customization
- The E-Signature Customization feature, giving users the flexibility to choose from a selection of signature fonts or upload an image of their own signature. This signature will appear on both in-app reports and those downloaded, providing a seamless and professional signing experience. Whether you prefer a pre-designed font or want to use your own handwritten signature, this feature ensures full compliance with e-signature regulations, making it easy to sign and share reports securely and legally.
- Project Specific NOAA Forecast
- The Project-Specific NOAA Forecast feature, allows users to import the NOAA weather forecasts directly into their inspection reports. This new functionality provides project-specific weather insights, helping teams make informed decisions based on the latest forecasts for their location. To ensure accurate weather data, it is crucial that the project latitude and longitude are entered correctly withing the Project Settings tab; any discrepancies in these coordinates may affect the accuracy of the forecast. Make sure to verify the location details before importing the forecast to ensure reliable and precise weather information for your project.
- Compliance Report Export
- The Compliance Report Export feature, enables users to easily export their compliance reports into both CSV and PDF formats. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in how you manage and share your reports, allowing for seamless data analysis and presentation. Whether you need the raw data for further processing or a formatted document for sharing, this feature ensures that your compliance reports are ready for any use case with just a few clicks.
- Digital Site Map Updates
- When legend items are removed from the map, they will still appear on all previous versions, ensuring a complete historical record. In addition, removed legend items will be displayed with a lower opacity in the version of the map where they were removed. To provide full transparency, the date of removal will also be highlighted. These enhancements improve traceability and offer a clearer audit trail for map changes, ensuring greater accuracy and accountability.
- Enhanced Finding Tracking
- We are excited to introduce the Enhanced Findings feature, which allows users to associate findings from an inspection report directly with specific legend items on the map. This enhancement streamlines the process of linking your inspection data to visual elements, providing a clearer and more efficient way to track, review, and manage findings in relation to their geographical context. By connecting findings to map legend items, users can quickly identify and visualize key insights, improving decision-making and enhancing overall workflow. This new feature first needs to be turned on at the client level and then at the project level.
- Disable Carry Over Feature
- The Disable Carry Over feature, gives users the option to control whether incomplete findings are carried over to the next inspection or remain specific to each individual inspection. With this feature, users can tailor their workflow to meet their needs—either tracking unresolved findings across inspections or keeping findings isolated to their original inspection. This setting can be managed through the Client Settings tab, providing greater flexibility and control over how findings are handled across multiple inspections.
- Project Specific Findings Report
- The Findings Report is now available within the Reports tab of each project, providing detailed insights and flexible filtering options to analyze project findings effectively.
- Filter Options
- Finding Status: (Opened/Closed/All FIndings) – Filter by the current lifecycle status of each findings.
- Finding Type: Filter results by the type of findings.
- Report Details
- Each report entry includes:
- Date Finding Initiated: When the finding was created.
- Date Completed: When the finding was resolved or closed.
- Location: The associated location of the finding.
- Legend Item Association (if applicable): Relevant legend item connections within the project’s site map.
- Initiated By: The user who opened the finding.
- Closed By: The user who resolved the finding.
- Duration: The number of days the finding was open.
- Export Options
- The report can be exported for further use in two formats:
- PDF: For easily shareable and formatted document outputs.
- CSV: For data manipulation and integration with other tools or systems.

- Inspections Due Notificaiton
- The Inspection Due notification ensures users never miss an important inspection deadline. This daily email notification streamlines inspection management by providing clear and actionable insights.
- Key Features
- Daily Email: Users will receive an email each morning listing all projects with inspections due that day.
- Inspection Details: Each inspection is clearly outlined within the email, organized by project.
- Direct Access: Each inspection includes a link directly to the Inspections Page of the respective project, enabling users to quickly review and submit their inspections.
- Manage Your Notifications
- This notification can be managed through the “My Profile” section of the user’s account. Users have the flexibility to enable or disable this notification based on their preferences.
- This notification helps users stay on top of their inspection schedule, ensuring timely submissions and improved project compliance.
- White Labeling Feature
- Our White Labeling feature, exclusively available to Enterprise Plan subscribers, provides a customizable branding experience to enhance your client interactions.
- Key Features
- Custom Logo Upload: Admin users can upload their company logo to replace the default SW2 logo.
- Enhanced Branding: The uploaded logo will appear on:
- The client-specific login page.
- All automated emails sent from the platform.
- Within the application interface for a seamless branded experience.
- Report Logos Remain Unchanged: This feature does not impact the logos already uploaded for the top of downloaded reports, ensuring report branding continuity.
- The White Labeling feature offers Enterprise users a powerful way to align the platform with their company identity, fostering trust and recognition in client interactions.
- Inspector Assignment Update
- We’ve updated our platform to provide greater flexibility in managing inspector assignments. Inspectors can now be assigned to more than one manager, enhancing collaboration and visibility across teams.

- Multiple Manager Assignments: Inspectors can now be linked to multiple managers, ensuring broader oversight and coordination.
- Shared Visibility: All assigned managers can view the inspector’s schedule and details directly from their dashboards, improving transparency and teamwork.

- Additional Updates and Bug Fixes:
- A bug that caused a false error to show when completing/closing multiple findings at once has been resolved
- An issue that caused the save screen to freeze when attempting to update project details within the Project Settings tab has been resolved.
- An issue that caused replaced documents to be included in the print project documents function has been resolved.
- An issue that caused Achievement finding types to be included in the Overdue FIndings notification has been resolved.
- An issue that caused the site map, which is included in downloaded findings reports, to be blurry has been resolved.
- An issue that caused minor decsripenicies in precipitation totals between the Precipitation Widget and the Precipitation Log has been resolved.
- If a user does not have any widgets assigned to their dashboard, a message will appear asking them to kindly add widgets.
