In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we released an application update on the following date:
October 14th, 2024
This release included the following:
Updates:
- Projects – Assign a Primary Contact
- Users now have the option to assign a Primary Contact to each project. This new, optional, assignment will provide additional filtering capabilities for reporting and when viewing projects lists.
- Documents Log
- Certain user roles will now have access to our new Documents Log. Moving forward this log will identify what users uploaded, replaced and or deleted files managed under the project documents tab within each project.
- Users, with the correct permissions, will also be able to restore files that were accidentally deleted and or replaced.
- Project Settings
- We have updated the user interface where projects settings are stored and managed. Users, with correct permissions, will now have access to a Project Settings tab which has replaced the old Edit Project modal.
- Project Filter
- We have added a new filter option within the projects page allowing users to filter/sort by:
- Project Type
- Primary Contact
- The search bar may still be used to search project list for specific clients and or project names.
- We have added a new filter option within the projects page allowing users to filter/sort by:
- Inspection Interval – Twice Weekly
- Users now have a new inspection interval logic to choose from called Twice Weekly.
- Select when first inspection is scheduled for the week
- Select when the second inspection is scheduled for the week.
- Ability to exclude US Holidays and push inspection date to either before or after the US holiday.

- Archive Projects
- An issue that prevented users from archiving projects has been fixed.
- Clients Page
- Pagination has been added to the clients page to make it easier for users to view and search for specific clients.
- Project Activity Report
- The following updates have been made to the new Project Activity Report:
- All changes will be highlighted on the downloaded report for each entry instead of most recent changes.
- Users now have the option to select a month instead of a specific date range
- Search parameters have been improved to prevent an All selection from listing out all regions, divisions, clients and or projects.

- Finding Images
- An issue that prevented finding images from increasing in size when expanding the images view has been fixed.
- Finding List
- Findings listed in the findings tabs of both project and within specific inspections have been re-ordered to show most recent findings first and oldest findings last.
- CDOT 1176 and 1177 forms
- Updates have been made to the CDOT 1176 and 1177 forms to allow a legend items/control measure to be selected with creating findings/action items.
- Downloaded Inspections
- When a user downloads an inspection report that report will now automatically open preventing additional clicks.
