Hello SW2 users,
In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we plan to release an application update on the following date:
March 21st, 2024 @ 3:30am Mountain Time
This release will address the following issues:
Frontend Changes:
- CDOT – 1176 Template
- Character limits have been established for this form.
- Active Site Map Legend
- The legend window and drop down has been expanded in size when used on a mobile device and or tablet.
- Site Map Next and Previous Buttons
- When using the next or previous button within the site map editor user will only see Archived and or Active maps depending on what type of map was initially opened.
- Move Project Document Files from Folder to Folder.
- This permission has been restricted for specific user roles.
- New User Role – “Billing Admin”
- A new read only user role has been created called Billing Admin.
Backend Changes:
- Print Project Documents – Error
- The error message that appears when printing project documents has been updated to indicated what file is causing the error.
- Print Site Maps Error
- A bug that caused and error message to appear when attempting to print all site maps has been fixed.
- Print Site Maps – Map Layout
- All maps will now be downloaded and printed in landscape layout.
- Dashboards
- Dashboards have been assigned to the Engineering Admin and Regulator user roles.
