Hello SW2 users,
In our efforts to continually improve SW2, we are planning to release an application update on the following date:
April 12, 2023 @ 3:30am Mountain Time
This release will address the following issues:
Front End Changes:
- QR Code – Public View
- SW2’s public view will now allow users to see the remaining tabs within a project:
- Project Documents
- BMP Details
- Active Site Maps
- Findings
- Contacts
- Logs
- Public View users will now be able to download/print documents within a project
- SW2’s public view will now allow users to see the remaining tabs within a project:
- Team Management – Dashboard Widget
- Client Manager user roles will now be able to see other client managers in Team Management widget as well as all inspectors within that division.
Backend Changes:
- Findings log
- The findings log included on inspection reports will now only show finding types for findings included on the inspection.
- Dashboard – Certifications Due
- Loading issue in the Certifications Due widget has been resolved allowing for inspections that are ready to be signed to populate in the widget.
- Project Document – Reorganize Files
- A bug preventing users from re-organizing files under the Project Documents tab has been fixed.
- Active Site Map – Changelog
- A bug that removed change log history when a user is deleted has been fixed. If a user is deleted from SW2 their history of map updates will remain.
